Anthony Wiggins Sr.

Bishop Anthony L. Wiggins Sr. was born on October 25, 1968 to the late Elder Paul Wiggins Jr. and the late Mother Martha Wiggins. The Lord called Bishop Wiggins into the ministry in September of 1998. Bishop Wiggins has been installed and diligently serving as the Pastor of the Church of God By Grace Warner Robins Campus for over two decades. Bishop Wiggins continued to pursue his education by enrolling in the Minnesota Graduate School of Theology, where he successfully completed his studies for his Associates Degree. In March of 2007, Bishop Wiggins was ordained to Elder and in 2010 Bishop Wiggins was assigned his second pastorate in Lake Wales, Florida where he’s still faithfully serving. God’s favor continued to manifest in his life and ministry. In the year of 2011, by much prayer and fasting through divine guidance, the Governing Board of Church Of God By Grace Inc. unanimously elected Pastor Wiggins as Overseer/Bishop. Bishop Wiggins married his beautiful wife, Kaye Wiggins on June 4th, 2012 and she has been supporting him faithfully within the ministry. Bishop Wiggins continued to pursue his Christian Education at Faith Christian University in Orlando, Florida. Furthermore, in 2015, he received his Bachelor Degree in Bible and Theology, and in 2017 he received his Masters Degree in Pastoral Leadership both with honors Summa Cum Laude. Bishop Wiggins is also a ordained chaplain through (ICCM) International Congress of Churches & Ministries, where he has been serving faithfully since 2013. Lorenzo Walker
Deacon
Deacon Lorenzo Walker is a 24 year veteran of the USAF who retired in the year of 2009. In Oct 2009, he moved to Warner Robins, Ga. and started attending Church of God By Grace in Dec. of 2009. Within his first few services, he saw an area within the organization that he could help. His intentions was to ease the burden of leadership by working in the sound room. Brother Walker showed his dedication by being at every service and ready to serve in whatever capacity needed. In January 2011, he accepted our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ into his life. Shortly after, he was asked to walk in the position of a Deacon. During his walk, he continued to be consistent and his growth in the Word of God increased which allowed him to be used in other leadership positions. His understanding of the Word of God allowed him to exercise Matthew 6:33 with integrity. On November 19, 2017, Brother Walker was officially ordained to the office as a Deacon.
Palesia Lowe
Ordained Minister

Palesia Lowe is the wife of Clinton T. Lowe of 32 years and the mother of 5 children and 7 grandchildren. Minister Lowe has been affiliated with the Church of God By Grace family for 20 plus years. While serving under the leadership of Bishop Anthony L. Wiggins Sr., she began to follow the leading of God to do His work in the Body of Christ. After a strong and powerful conviction placed on Minister Lowe’s heart by God, over a decade ago to accept her calling into ministry. She obediently followed the plans of God and was officially ordained as a Minister of the Gospel on November 19th 2017. Additionally, Minister Lowe became one of the members of the Governing Board in the year of 2018.
